This is an art work of an analysis of “beauty” — from the seduction of consumerism to the fetishisation of the female body. The female body is wrapped with the golden fabric, representing the idea of female body has treated as a commodity in contemporary society.

“The desire for the right image..alienates women from themselves, turning them into automatons.”

“The body which is produced is a disciplined, streamlined and modernist body, in which the outer discipline of the corset has given away to the inner disciplines of diet and exercise.”
